HR Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and professional HR & Recruitment Consultant to join our team! As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and supporting us on best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for their open positions.


  • Get a clear view on the organisation’s hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Research into the organisation’s culture to assess candidate fit
  • Communicate with the management team to determine their hiring needs
  • Develop and implement strategies based on the organisation’s needs
  • Research into marketplace conditions (competition, market rates, etc) 
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels, including for organizational hires and program trainers
  • Lead the development and launching of a “Enterprise Support Fellows” program, whereby we select and provide stipends to experienced professionals to provide direct support to enterprises and accelerators in our programs
  • Create a candidate persona for each open position
  • Conduct confidential interviews
  • Follow-up references and check credits
  • Present shortlisted candidates
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

Additional Information

  • Individual part-time limited-duration consultancy/contract (estimated 3 months to start)  
  • Remote work / partial remote work is ok (some presence in Lebanon is a plus, but not required)
